If you have registered a domain but are hosting your website with another provider, you will need to obtain and install an SSL certificate through your hosting provider. SSL services are only applicable when your website is hosted with us.

However, domain registration is flexible, and you are free to choose the extension that best suits your brand or purpose.

To move a WordPress website from another hosting provider, follow these steps:

1.Locate your website directory in the old cPanel

2. Compress and download all website files

3. Create a new site folder on your new hosting account

4. Upload the compressed file and extract it

5. Export the database from the old host

6. Create a new database on the new host

7. Import the database into the new hosting account
