- Login to your CPanel
- Click on email accounts
- Click on (+) create
- On the next page under “Create an email account” enter the email username you want for example sales, accounts, hr, e.t.c .
- Create the password you want, but make sure that your password contains of all keyboard letters and symbols for it to be strong. You can also click on “generate” if you want the system to automatically create a password for you.
- Make sure you take note of the password and keep it safe for later access
- Scroll down the page and click on create(+)
- Try logging in to your created email account.
Pls Note: If you fail to login to the email account due to a wrong password, keep generating another password until you manage to login.
