- Open Outlook 2013 from the Start Menu.
- On the top left, click the ‘File’ tab.
- Click on ‘Add Account’.
- Check ‘Manual setup or additional server types’ and click ‘Next’.
- Select POP or IMAP and click ‘Next’.
- Enter Your name and E-mail Address.
- Select IMAP as your account type.
- For Incoming mail server (IMAP) enter the server.
- For Outgoing mail server (IMAP) enter the server.
- In Login Information, enter your e-mail address and password.
- Check the box, ‘ Require login using Secure Password Authentication’.
- Click on ‘More Setting’.
- Select ‘Outgoing Server’ and check ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’.
- Select ‘Advanced’
- For Incoming server(IMAP) enter 993 and select SSL.
- For Outgoing Server(SMTP) enter 465 and select SSL.
- Click ‘Ok’ and then ‘Next’.
- Your account will then be tested automatically.
- After the Test click ‘Close’.
